In December 2020 it was acquired by Select Rehabilitation which is headquartered in Glenview, Illinois. The company provided post-acute services, managing rehabilitation programs in partnership with over 1,260 hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in 41 states" as well as owning and operating 34 long-term acute care and Rehabilitation hospitals.
